Initial Set Up

  • STEP 1

    Connect to the ‘FLUX Guest’ WIFI network

  • STEP 2

    Accept Spacecubed platform access invitation sent to your email

  • STEP 3

    Set up your unique WiFi access

  • STEP 4

    Click on user profile (with your initials) > WIFI > Regenerate WIFI password > Exit from FLUX guest

    Now choose the Spacecubed network > Enter username and unique password generated (your username is your email address associated with your account)

  • STEP 5

    You are all set up

Get Online

  • Spacecubed Platform

    The Spacecubed Platform allows you to book meeting rooms, update your billing information and will keep you in the loop on the latest news and updates from the CORE community on your dashboard.

    ACCESS THE PLATFORM HERE: https://platform.spacecubed.com/login

  • WiFi Access

    You will have your own unique access to the CORE WiFi Network.

    If you are unable to get online with your unique username and password, make sure you have followed the initial set up steps above and speak to Kate if you are still having trouble.

  • Book a Meeting Room

    Booking a meeting room is a breeze.

    Simply log in to the Spacecubed platform: https://platform.spacecubed.com/dashboard/meeting-rooms

    On the left hand menu, click Meeting Rooms

    Click New Booking at the top right

    Select CORE as your location and enter the details of the time and number of people you need to book a room for.

    CORE members have access to all Flux Meeting Rooms and the rooms on Level 7 as well.

  • Book a Desk

    Casual, part and full-time desks are not assigned, unless part of your contract. Desk access works on a first come, first served basis.

    There are a number of desks that have larger monitors which members are welcome to connect to.

    If you would like a permanent desk, please talk directly with Kate about upgrading our membership.

  • Video Conferencing

    Video conferencing is available in the meeting rooms at CORE and on Level 6.

  • Printing & Scanning

    All printing and scanning is included in your membership.

    There are printers and scanner located on both Level 6 and Level 7.

    To connect to the wireless printers, simply follow the prompts on the printer or network settings on your laptop or device. If you have trouble connecting, reach out to Kate.

Space and Facilities

  • Amenities

    CORE Members have access to their own kitchen located on Level 7 which includes coffee machines, an array of tea, chilled filtered water and daily fresh fruit.

    Members are welcome to access these amenities and use the kitchen and fridge to prepare and eat meals.

  • Facilities

    CORE is equipped with dishwashers for convenience and all members are asked to help keep the communal spaces clean and tidy.

    Men’s, women’s, and accessible bathrooms are also located on Level 7. Showers are located in the end-of-trip facilities located in the basement and the service includes fresh towels.

    Bins are located throughout the office and we ask that all members dispose of items respectfully.

  • Visitors & Guests

    Visitors and guests are welcome at anytime provided you are hosting them in a formal capacity.

    Visitors and guests will need to access Level 7 with a swipe card. On arrival ask your guests to sign in on Level 1 at FLUX. You will receive a text message to notify you of your guests’ arrival.

  • Lockers

    Personal lockers are available on Level 1, Level 6 and Level 7 for $20/month. There are also lockers available in the end-of-trip facilities, these are managed by the building. Lockers can be reserved using the instructions within the locker.

  • Gym

    A fully equipped, air-conditioned gym is located in the basement of 191 St Georges Tce and is accessible with your swipe card for full and part-time members.

    Fresh towels are provided daily and we ask that members are diligent in wiping their equipment once they are finished with it.

  • End of Trip

    Also located in the basement of the building are end-of-trip facilities including bike storage.

    Bike storage is available with your access pass. If you are riding in, please bring your bike through the loading dock accessible via Mercantile Lane.

  • Mailing Address

    CORE can be used as your primary mailing address.

    You will need to address deliveries to:

  • Host an Event

    If you would like to host an event at CORE, simply chat with Kate.

    We have a number of spaces available depending on the type of event and size and can work with you to ensure your event runs smoothly.

OH&S

  • Fire & Evacuation

    In the event of a fire or evacuation at CORE Hub Perth please follow the instructions of the fire warden.

    If you are required to evacuate the building, please make your way to the nearest exit and proceed out of the building using the stairs.

    The assembly point for CORE Hub Perth is Mercantile Lane, behind the Parmelia Hilton Hotel.

  • First Aid

    CORE Hub Perth has first aid kits located in the kitchen above the glassware.

    If you or a team member require first aid or medical assistance, please notify Kate.

    All Spacecubed staff are first aid trained.

    In the event of a medical emergency, please call 000 and notify Kate.

  • Emergency Personnel

  • OH&S Reporting

    Should you identify a potential hazard or hazard within CORE Hub Perth or the building, please notify Kate immediately. Kate will ensure the appropriate person or persons are contacted to rectify the situation.
