Richard has accumulated broad and extensive experience in subsea management and engineering, in roles such as Global Corporate, Project, and Engineering Management for international operators and leading subsea design and construction companies before rapidly moving into roles that also included responsibility for Remote Technology, Diverless Intervention and Research and Development groups.

In 2002, Richard created Seatools Pty Ltd to supply innovative electronic equipment into the workclass and growing mini-ROV market.

Sam is an oil and gas professional with over 10 years industry experience, having previously worked as the Projects Manager at Remote Systems Technology (RST) Australia situated within Fugros Marine Division, before recently taking on the role as Service Line Manager, overseeing the strategic direction within the region. Sam is passionate about the evolving subsea industry, constantly seeking a new perspective and innovative ways to solve traditional subsea problems.
