Kaiketsu - enabling internal teams to self innovate.
Is your business ready for innovation and automation?
Which roles and tasks should be examined first, and what kind of impact will changing workflows (partially or fully) have on your business?
Kaiketsu has been developed to give internal teams in small and medium enterprises a simple way to assess their workflows. We believe in automating the right things, at the right price, that deliver the right outcomes for you.
Compared to the traditional method of consultants studying and observing members of an organisation over several days and weeks. Kaiketsu allows for self-assessment, business case generation and an automation roadmap within a day.
Users create a task and then answer a series of questions that describes the task and its associated roles. Tasks are also reviewed by others to fill in any gaps in the mapping process. When many tasks are mapped for a role or project they can than be compared together to create a list of priority for automation potential.
The questionnaire type data is automatically processed to create a network diagram, breakdown of a task into 6 work types, and also cost details.
Come along to our Lunch & Learn to see what Kaiketsu can do for you.
