The Founder and Managing Director of two innovative companies in sustainability, Annette has an enviable record of success. She now dedicates her time working with social enterprises as well as an invited academic.
Annette has lent her support to some of the largest not for profit and social enterprises in Australia, Hong Kong and the USA . At the same time, Annette is an academic fellow and consultant in several universities throughout Asia and Australia. She has a reputation to make things happen, to be a lateral thinker and to tackle every situation with determination.
Annette is dedicated to addressing the need to develop a diverse talent pipeline in our economy. Possessing a PhD specialising in sustainability and continuing to hold positions in several universities,
Annette straddles the commercial and education worlds, bringing together educators, policy makers, entrepreneurs and corporate leaders to address this important societal challenges. Whilst dedicated to growing her social impact company, throughout Australia and Asia, she is also the convenor of the inaugural International GlobalMindEd Asia-Pacific conference, a not-for profit entity with a social purpose to address diversity in workplaces.
Annette also holds a MBA, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has Non Executive Director experience. She also sits on several national and international committees including the SAGE Journal Editorial Committee as guest editor.
