In partnership with Strategic Intent Consulting, CORE is pleased to present a panel discussion on the advantages of using an Advisory Board to accelerate your business. The way we work has evolved considerably in recent decades. Progressive businesses must respond rapidly to an ever-changing market and business leaders wanting to elevate their business to the next level are striving to access current, ground-breaking thinking.
As businesses grow, the nature of their advisory needs, the resources available to meet them and the kinds of advisors they draw on, also changes. While there is no single, right or wrong approach, there will likely come a time when a desire to drive strategy or achieve certain results means a formal Advisory Board provides the best chance of success.
The panel will be led by Craig Hook, Director of Strategic Intent Consulting who is an Advisory Board Chair working with METS businesses. Joining Craig will be Alistair Swanson, Managing Director of FLICQ who is currently utilising an Advisory Board, Geoff Parnell, Director of Aqumen Consulting who is an Advisor for several SME’s, and Angela Pankhurst BBUS, MAICD.
